Mr. Dhruv Lamba is the founder of “Dhruv Lamba Advocates and Consultants”, who believes in the philosophy of Earl Warren, “It is the spirit and not the form of law that keeps justice alive”. He is a member of Bar Association of Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana.
Before imbibing on the path of legal justice, Mr. Lamba was a working professional in the field of software engineering and a serious Civil Services aspirant. During his journey of preparation, he developed a keen interest in social justice and therefore pursued Law from the prestigious Faculty of Law,  University of Delhi. Thereafter, he completed his Masters in Corporate and Financial laws from the eminent OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat thereby, attaining an in-depth knowledge of the corporate, commercial, financial and banking laws.

During his early days in practice of law, he got an opportunity to work in the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, whereby, with his hard work, he created a niche for himself in real estate, property and construction related legal matters.

It is this spirit of justice, that has motivated him to dive deep into the multifaceted field of law, ranging from real estate and construction, consumer related disputes, contract drafting and vetting, Corporate Compliances & Governances, to IBC and  Arbitration.

When it comes to his unique way of dealing with his prestigious clients, Mr. Lamba is a profound influencer in his advisory work in the legal matters and deeply recognises the need for patiently listening to his client’s needs, alongside in-depth reading of the matter. He displays a rare quality of emotional empathy and compassion while listening to his clients grievances, which enables him to act swiftly on the matter put forth before him, by his clients. Sit with me at my desk and listen with me to my client’s plaints, and stand beside me in Court, so that today I shall not, in order to win a point, lose my soul.”
